Whether you or your carer are looking for a break or whether a crisis has occurred and you need disability short-term accommodation, Yarra Care is available 24/7 we can provide emergency respite within 2 to 4 hours. Our disability respite houses provide you with a caring and respected place where you will be empowered to live independently and learn new skills.
MTA
After being in hospital or rehab, you may need extra care while waiting for your permanent accommodation and MTA can be the option. Our home can also be used by participants waiting to move into SIL accommodations or any other permanent residence. The MTA option may also benefit participants who want to determine if Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or Supported Independent Living (SIL) is the suitable option for them. Yarra Care provides exceptional accommodation options in Wantirna South. You will have the opportunity to try new things, learn new skills, and have fun.
