Our government-funded Home Care Packages (HCP) are designed to support older Australians with complex care needs, ensuring you live comfortably and confidently in your own home.

Who Qualifies?

  • Individuals aged 65+ or 50+ for Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander people
  • Younger individuals with dementia or special needs may also qualify.
Home Care Package - Price Schedule

We offer four levels of Home Care Packages, ensuring you get the right amount of care

  • Level 1 : Basic care needs—help with daily activities.
  • Level 2 : Low care needs—personal care, transport, shopping
  • Level 3 : Intermediate care needs—medication support, social outings
  • Level 4 : High care needs—extensive daily support for chronic conditions.

Eligibility

  • 65 years or older (or 50+ for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people).
  • Assessed through My Aged Care to determine the appropriate package level.
